We deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, we do not support international shipping outside India.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence, the parcel is returned to us. You can contact support to arrange a new delivery attempt.
Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel your order, email our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, credited to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued for returns with minor issues such as missing packaging. The final decision rests with our team.
